US orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $5.
How can I track my package? Once your order ships, you will automatically be emailed your tracking number. Please reference this number for shipment updates. You can enter your order details into our virtual assistant pop-up labelled "Ask Anything" for shipping information.
How long will it take my order to arrive once shipped? Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 2-7 business days.
Once shipped, international orders must go through customs and may take a week or longer to arrive. Tracking information is always provided.
What are your international shipping rates?
**No surprises. Duties and taxes are prepaid and included in all international shipping rates.

Canada: Flat rate of $20 and free shipping on all Canada orders $150 plus.
Australia, Germany, Italy, UAE, UK, Singapore, Sweden, : Flat rate of $50 and free shipping on all orders $300 plus.

We are not responsible for additional fees incurred upon arrival due to lack of package retrieval or failed delivery attempts. It is the recipient's responsibility to track their package using their tracking number, respond to customs correspondence, and be present for delivery.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged? A replacement package will be sent at no additional cost if it is determined that a package has been lost in transit. A claim must be filed by sender prior to shipping out a replacement. If a package has been damaged during or due to transit, please provide picture documentation to info@livelikeyougreenit.com so a claim can be filed in order to issue a replacement package.
